Poëzie in Utrechtse muren

‘Poetic walls’ are walls that hold a story, a history. The city of Utrecht is home to many, but they are gradually decreasing in number. They are being ‘restored’ or stripped of their authenticity in a different way.

Photographer Luuk Huiskes searches for these walls and immortalises them. Ingmar Heytze uses the wall as inspiration for poetry. Text and image are inextricably linked. The result is a beautifully designed document for lovers of poetry, photography and with a soft spot for the city of Utrecht.
